Welcome to Domestic and General Heating. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of DG Heating's Website, located at dgheating.co.uk. By accessing this website we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Domestic and General Heating if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.
1. SERVICES PROVIDED
Domestic and General Heating Ltd provides boiler installation, maintenance, and repair services across the UK. All our engineers are Gas Safe registered and fully qualified to perform the tasks assigned to them.
2. QUOTATIONS AND PRICING
All quotes provided via our website or over the phone are subject to a final survey or inspection of the installation site. We maintain a "Price Match Match Promise" for identical services provided by competitors under the same conditions.
3. PAYMENTS AND FINANCE
We offer a no-upfront payment policy for most standard installations. Payment is due upon successful completion of the work. Finance options, when available, are subject to credit checks and regulatory approval through our financial partners.
4. WARRANTY AND GUARANTEES
All new boiler installations come with a manufacturer's warranty, typically ranging from 2 to 10 years, depending on the model chosen. Domestic and General Heating provides an additional 12-month workmanship guarantee from the date of installation.
5. CANCELLATIONS
Customers have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of ordering. However, if you request an emergency installation to be completed within this period, you may waive certain cancellation rights regarding labor already performed.
